I would like to begin by acknowledging that the land on which I work, live and thrive, is the traditional unceded territory of the Syilx people within the Okanagan Nation.
My work and life takes me all over the lands in BC, and I respectfully acknowledge that most of BC occupies unceded Indigenous territory, traditionally under the jurisdiction of distinct Nations who have not ever extinguished their Title and Rights to their land and resources.
